I was skeptical, but thought would be good for my high school daughter to make a quick easy breakfast. It was so much better than I expected! She loves it, I love it as well. The recipe book was perfect to get the ratios right as a beginner, but now we are mixing it up and finding our own combinations. Tastes like a fluffy pan omelette. Does not taste like it was made in the microwave, not rubbery or chewy at all. Delicious! I’m ordering more to use as gifts for my busy friends and family.
