With Tastefully Simple totes and carriers, happiness is in the bag.
While we put care and quality into each tote, in the event of a manufacturing defect or other issue outside of your control, you have up to ninety (90) days from your purchase date to notify your consultant, or if you purchased from Tastefully Simple directly, to contact our Customer Service team. We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you upon return of the item.
If you are not satisfied with the item within ninety (90) days of purchase, we will require you to return it to Tastefully Simple and the return shipping will be at your cost. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of the item.
This warranty does not include damage to totes and carriers resulting from accident or misuse nor does it cover any other damages that might occur should the product become defective if misused. The bag and the packaging it comes in is not a toy. The packaging should be promptly disposed of outside of the reach of children.
