With Tastefully Simple totes and carriers, happiness is in the bag.
While we put care and quality into each tote, in the event of a manufacturing defect or other issue outside of your control, you have up to ninety (90) days from your purchase date to notify your TS Ambassador, or if you purchased from Tastefully Simple directly, to contact our Customer Service team. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund if the item is no longer available.
If you are not satisfied with the item within ninety (90) days of purchase, we will require you to return it to Tastefully Simple and the return shipping will be at your expense. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of the item.
After 90 days of purchase, the product is not eligible for replacement or refund.
This warranty does not include damage to totes and carriers resulting from accident or misuse nor does it cover any other damages that might occur should the product become defective if misused. The bag and its protective packaging are not toys. The packaging should be promptly disposed of outside of the reach of children.
