how quickly do you process orders for shipping?

Our goal is to process orders for shipping within 3 business days, depending on overall order volume.

Please note: A three-day processing time is not guaranteed and is a conservative estimate. The majority of orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You should anticipate your order to arrive in no more than 10 business days from the time it is placed.

what happens if an item I ordered becomes out of stock?

In the unlikely event an item is out of stock when your order is processed a refund will be provided. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

when will my shipment arrive?

Wondering exactly when your shipment will arrive? You will receive an email with tracking information. Locate the email in your inbox and use the link in that email to track your shipment. Below are some basics on what to expect.

  • Standard delivery (ground): Your order should arrive within 10 business days
  • Rush Processing: Select this option at check-out to move your order to the front of the line. Rush orders placed by 9:00 am CT will be processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and company-designated holidays). Orders received after 9:00 am CT ship the next business day. Standard shipping timelines still apply. Consult the UPS website for transit time estimates. Origin zip code is 46241.
  • 2nd day air: Orders placed by noon CT on a business day should arrive two business days after the order was placed. Orders placed after noon on a business day should arrive three business days after the order was placed.
    • UPS no longer guarantees that Two-Day air shipments will arrive in two business days. They estimate that 98.7% of packages will arrive within two days; however, UPS no longer reimburses shipping costs for packages that miss the communicated delivery date.
  • APO/FPO Priority mail:
    • Priority mail packages are typically delivered to the final destination within 14 business days after the order is placed.
    • Standard delivery (ground) packages are delivered to the APO/FPO facility in the U.S. within 10 business days. Packages are then shipped by the military to foreign bases when transport space is available. This may take 6-8 weeks for final delivery to the recipient.

what is rush processing?

Rush processing expedites the fulfillment of your order as it will be shipped no later than the following business day. Standard shipping times apply. The rush processing fee does not affect the actual shipping time in transit after it has been shipped. If you need your order quickly, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping method as well.

am I able to change the shipping address?

No, the shipping address can't be changed once the order is placed. If we have the option to cancel the order, we will do that so you may re-enter it with the correct address. See order cancelations below.

am I able to cancel my order?

We can cancel an order if it is not in the fulfillment or shipping process. If the order has been fulfilled or shipped, it no longer can be canceled.

am I able to make changes to my order?

Due to the fast nature of our supply chain and logistics, our warehouse team will begin working on your order right away. For this reason, we're unable to change your order after it has been placed. If we have the option to cancel the order, we will do that so you may re-enter it with the correct address. See order cancelations above.

what products are available to order through TS to You?

All standard products are available to receive on a recurring basis through TS to You. Pick the products you want, and enjoy the convenience of having them delivered to your door on the schedule you select.

what about seasonal, limited-time offer products, kitchenware and totes and coolers?

You may add seasonal products, limited-time offer products, kitchenware and totes and coolers as a one-time item to your next recurring delivery. Because these items are not available year-round, they cannot be added on a recurring basis.

what perks are available for clients?

Clients receive half-price shipping on their TS to You subscription orders over $75. This applies to all subscription deliveries whose subtotal before tax and shipping is $75. This offer is only available to clients in the contiguous 48 states and excludes APO/FPO.

will I need a new login on tastefullysimple.com to set up a TS to You subscription?

No. You can use your existing tastefullysimple.com account to set up a TS to You subscription.

do I have to sign any terms and conditions to participate in TS to You?

We have updated our terms and conditions to reflect the TS to You program. There is nothing you need to sign in order to participate. By choosing the “Subscribe to this product today!” option on a product page and checking out, you agree to the TS to you program terms and conditions.

where can I find the TS to You option to enroll?

You do not have to enroll or sign up to participate. When on a product page on tastefullysimple.com, simply choose “Subscribe to this product today!” option to receive the product on a recurring basis and select how often you want to receive the item. When you check out, your first TS to You delivery will be processed right away and your future subscription preferences will be scheduled. You can change your subscription details at any time by signing into your account on tastefullysimple.com and choosing Account>Manage Subscriptions.

can my TS to You subscription count toward my or my host’s party?

The first delivery of a TS to You subscription may be associated with a party and credited to the host for their party total. Subsequent deliveries will not be credited to a party.

can I have more than one TS to You subscription?

Yes. You may have as many subscriptions as you wish. For example, you may have a monthly subscription to receive Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®, Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix™ and Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning, and an every 2 months subscription for spices and sauces you use a little less frequently. Separate shipping charges apply to each subscription delivery.

is there a minimum order for a TS to You subscription?

There is no minimum order value for a TS to You subscription. To take advantage of our introductory offer of half-price shipping on orders over $75, your order before taxes and shipping must be $75 or more. Please note this offer is only available to clients in the contiguous 48 states and excludes APO/FPO.

if I subscribe today, when does my order ship?

Our existing shipping expectations apply to TS to You subscription deliveries as well. Please refer to our Shipping FAQs for more information.

when is my credit card charged for my recurring orders?

Your card is charged on the recurring order date you select for your subscription. You can change this date whenever you wish.

are there any reminder emails or notifications sent for upcoming deliveries so I am aware that I will be seeing charges to my card for my next delivery?

Yes, you will receive a reminder of an upcoming delivery three days before the next order processes.

what are the shipping charges for TS to You subscription orders?

The normal shipping charges apply to TS to You subscription orders under $75. During the introductory offer period, orders over $75 qualify for half-price shipping. Please note this offer is only available to clients in the contiguous 48 states and excludes APO/FPO.

how do I make changes to my TS to You subscription(s)?

Visit tastefullysimple.com and choose Sign In to view your account. In your Account page, you can choose Subscriptions to see your current subscriptions and make changes.

what is the deadline for making changes to an upcoming TS to You delivery?

You may change anything about the next delivery up to 11:59 PM CT the day prior to processing. For example, if your next delivery will be processed on September 15, you may make changes up to 11:59 pm CT on September 14. This includes skipping, pausing or canceling as well.

how can I change the consultant who gets credit for my TS to You subscription?

You can visit tastefullysimple.com, choose Sign In, then choose Subscriptions. At the top of the Subscriptions area, select a new consultant.

if I don’t choose an existing TS to You subscription to add a product to, what happens?

If you don't add a product to an existing subscription or choose to create a new subscription, you can order the item just once, or you can setup a new subscription frequency. Please keep in mind that each TS to You Subscription delivery has shipping costs according to the value of the order as discussed earlier.

how do I change the frequency of my deliveries, change the date of future deliveries or pause, skip or cancel my deliveries?

Visit tastefullysimple.com and choose Sign In to view your account. In your account page, choose Subscriptions to see your current subscriptions and make changes.

how do I change payment method, billing or shipping address on my TS to You subscription(s)?

Visit tastefullysimple.com and choose Sign In to view your account. In your account page, choose Subscriptions to see your current subscriptions and make changes.

if I cancel my subscription(s) can I create a new subscription at any time?

Yes, TS to You offers complete flexibility. You can reactivate a cancelled subscription or create a brand-new one.

if the subscription has processed, am I able to cancel or make changes the order?

Once the subscription has processed, we are not able to cancel the order.

is there tax on TS to You orders?

Whatever taxes normally apply to any Tastefully Simple order for your state, city or locality will apply to TS to You subscription orders.

 

ts to you | special situations

what happens if a product is out of stock when it is time for my TS to You subscriptions to process? Is there any notification prior so I can update the subscription?

If a product is out of stock at the time of TS to You subscription processing, the entire order will not be processed, and you will receive a notification that the entire order didn’t process. If you wish to receive the rest of the items that were in stock, remove the out-of-stock item. Tastefully Simple is looking into other ways to provide notifications for out-of-stock items, but no early notice is available at this time.

what happens if my credit card is declined on my order processing day?

As with other Tastefully Simple orders, we will attempt to charge the card 3 more times. You will be notified of issues charging the card. If the charges do not go through successfully in any of the attempts, the order will not be shipped. You can update your information so that future orders process as expected.

can I expedite my order with rush processing or two-day shipping?

Rush processing and two-day shipping are not available for TS to You at this time.

how can I combine multiple TS to You subscriptions?

At any time, you can go into your Subscription settings and cancel subscriptions and add products to a different subscription.

can I pause my TS to You subscription(s) if I am on vacation or need to take a break?

Yes, you may go into your Subscription settings and choose to pause your subscription at any time before 11:59 PM CT the day prior to processing.

what happens if my order processing date occurs Friday-Sunday when Tastefully Simple doesn’t pack orders?

If the order processing date occurs Friday-Sunday or on any day when Tastefully Simple is closed, TS to You subscription(s) will be processed on the next business day.

may I use a coupon code on my TS to You subscription order?

A promotional coupon code may be used on your initial TS to You subscription order. Coupon codes are for one-time use, and the discount will not apply to any subsequent subscription orders. VIP Rewards coupons cannot be used on your initial TS to You subscription order.

if an item goes on sale and I have this item in my subscription will I be charged the regular price or the sale price?

If there is a sale on an item at the time a TS to You subscriptions is processed, the sale price will apply. When the sale price expires, the original pricing will apply to the item for future orders.

what happens when item prices increase for items in my subscription?

Prices for items in your TS to You subscription will change automatically to the current price at the time the order is processed.
