ONE Pan Philly Cheesesteak Recipe
Directions
1 (13x9-inch) aluminum foil disposable pan
1½ pounds beef flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
2 red, green and/or yellow bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
1 packet Onion Onion™ Seasoning
1 packet Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
6 provolone cheese slices
6 hoagie buns, toasted
- Prepare grill to medium heat or preheat oven to 425°F. In foil pan, combine all ingredients except cheese and buns. Toss to coat well.
- Place pan on grill or in oven. Grill or bake, stirring occasionally, until beef is desired doneness and veggies are softened, about 20-25 minutes.
- Top with cheese slices and continue cooking until melted. Serve in toasted buns.
Makes about 6 servings.
