As a mom to a small child who wants to keep the tradition of cut-out cookies at Christmas, this was a perfect solution. Less mess, but lots of flavor! I've been raving about this to everyone I know! Even my mom who makes everything from scratch uses this recipe now!

so easy, so good

I used this recipe to make valentine cookies. It was my first time rolling dough and cutting out cookies and it was so easy. I was very pleased with the texture of the finished cookie. Will definitely be making again!
