Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix Preparation & Suggestions

Best almond and chocolate cake mix - always moist never dry out

This is a wonderful cake! Great taste and super easy to prepare. This makes a great dessert and is one of my favorite go-to mixes.

I think 3/4 cup of melted butter is way too much. Had to bake for a long time in order for a toothpick inserted in center of cake came out clean. By that time the cake was as hard as a rock and was flat and was more like biscotti. However it was tasty but hard. Not sure what I did wrong.

I absolutely love this cake. I always have a couple on hand for last minute company or pot lucks. I usually make cupcakes and add semi sweet chocolate chips.

I have purchased this pound cake a number of times and it is great. I made this for my Aunt and Uncle and they loved it. I make a butter cream drizzle with a little bit of almond extract and it really adds to the cake. Soooooooo goooooood. You can't go wrong with this desert. It come out perfect every time.

I save this for special occasions, I always make mini cakes with chopped almond and diced dried cranberries around the holidays. It is a favorite treat, everyone loves it.
