They were a little on the sweet side so I added pecans to the cookie batter. Almonds would be even better but it is all I had at the time. I would highly recommend anyone trying this recipe.

This is my first "Homemade" cookie I have ever made. I couldn't believe how easy and delicious this cookie is. Just enough sweetness to this cookie!

Great anytime of the year. Love that they look like I worked hard but these were so easy to make.

These cookies were so easy. My 3 year old helped and had a blast! Santa was very pleased with our choice. ;)

Quick and easy, but oh so much flavor! A wonderful cookie for Christmas platters or any other time of the year.

These are terrific! Easy, kid friendly recipe. I added 1/2 cup of flour to my dough to stretch it and made my cookies small for little fingers it ended up making 3 doz. cookies.

Everyone loves this cookie and asks me for the recipe for it. It's easy to make in advance too. Simply keep the "bare" cookies in a zipper bag until your ready to serve them and quickly put a dollop of the fruit spread on top right before serving. Yum!

My kids love these! And they are so easy to whip up!!

I made these in mini muffin tins so they would hold extra rhubarb topping. Resist the temptation to add liquid! Just keep blending the ingredients. This was easy and delicious!
