Can't eat just one
I had these at a friends house and I loved them. I have always been a dip/bread person with TS and have learned so many other ways to use the product. I love the almond pound cake and knowing I can make these scrumptious little cookies just makes me smile.
Yum!
They were a little on the sweet side so I added pecans to the cookie batter. Almonds would be even better but it is all I had at the time. I would highly recommend anyone trying this recipe.

Almond Thumb Print Cookies
These are terrific! Easy, kid friendly recipe. I added 1/2 cup of flour to my dough to stretch it and made my cookies small for little fingers it ended up making 3 doz. cookies.
Our favorite cookie!
Everyone loves this cookie and asks me for the recipe for it. It's easy to make in advance too. Simply keep the "bare" cookies in a zipper bag until your ready to serve them and quickly put a dollop of the fruit spread on top right before serving. Yum!
