Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 packet Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese Ball Mix
- Shredded Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped tomatoes, optional
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and Onion Onion Seasoning. Sauté until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cream cheese, milk and Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese Ball Mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
- Serve pasta topped with chicken and sauce. Garnish with Parmesan, bacon and tomatoes.
- Makes 6 servings.
