This is a great recipe to put in the Slow Cooker for Sunday Lunch. By cubing the chicken, it can be done in about 4 hours. We put it on before we leave for Church and then it's ready when we come home. I only need to boil the pasta, quinoa, rice or whatever. We change clothes while that's happening. Then sit down for a hot lunch. No more sandwiches or waiting in line to eat out
