Made this for a picnic party and it was a big hit, even among the littles. I left out the tomatoes as I am not a fan. I had rainbow rotini in my pantry so I used that.

Simply the Best Ever
Oh My! The flavor of this salad was great. Used frozen artichokes instead of canned. Made one mistake, I cut the recipe in half, as there are only 2 of us. But the hubby, who is a fussy eater wanted more....more please.
