    A family favorite

This is one of our family favorites! When I make it I usually make one for that night and prep another for the freezer directions to have a few weeks later. I sometimes I use rotisserie chicken. Other times I cook some frozen chicken thighs or breasts yes n my electric pressure cooker and then toss in.

    Big hit!

I made a double batch and took one to a new mom. I made the "Magic Chicken" recipe for the chicken and then I also used rice noodles. Fresh cilantro and chopped peanuts on top is a must! :)

    picky family winner

Although we skipped the peanuts, this dish was delicious and a piece of cake to make. This recipe moves to our favorites list.

Well, this recipe will knock your socks off! It is such a great way to transform a plain old noodle meal into an amazing Thai inspired dinner that the ENTIRE family will LOVE!! My 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter LOVE this meal!! We call it "Peanut Butter Noodles"!! Such a great meal- I highly recommend that you give this one a try!

    It's a keeper!

My family loved it. I agree there is a kick (which we enjoyed) but you can use less fiesta seasoning for a lesser kick. I will definitely make this again.

Nice twist on week night cooking

Wow this recipe was so easy...15 minutes from start to dinner table at most! It had that amazing peanut sauce flavor but the Fiesta Party Dip adds a nice little element of heat! I know it was a home run when DH got up for seconds!
