This is one of my favorite dinners to make and enjoy! I use cut up breasts, whatever fresh veggies I have in the fridge and sautee them and also use spaghetti noodles....this is devine and beats any restaurant any day. Wish I could give it more stars!

This was so easy and flavorful. I did only use a tsp of the Fiesta Seasoning and had shredded chicken on hand instead of rotisserie. It was awesome. I think it is my favorite meal I have ever made with TS products.

We have made this twice. Loved it both times, but dialed back the spice for my 6 year old this time. It's so easy--done in 20 minutes!

Delicious! The peanut butter sounded so strange to me but it works! My whole family loved it & my husband actually thought it was takeout! I used a frozen veggie mix that contained peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots, & string beans which was perfect. The leftovers were not AS great the next day because the noodles seemed to have a "coating" on them...I'm guessing from the peanut butter in the sauce. It would probably be best to reheat in a pan and add a little water or extra honey teriyaki to yummy it up again :)

My family loves this dish! The cilantro is a must and should not be optional!

A super simple, delicious meal. My whole family loved it and were fighting for who would get the leftovers! I added broccoli and peanuts. You could easily adapt this recipe to your family's tastes by adding their favorite vegetables. I also used boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced and cooked in a 1/4 cup of the sauce and a tablespoon of vegetable oil until no longer pink then added my veggies. The amount of Fiesta Dip Mix controls the heat so adjust to your taste. A MUST TRY!!!

I followed the recipe as written (except garnished with chopped scallions, since I had no cilantro) and it was DELICIOUS. My husband went back for seconds. To the point of some other reviewers, if your family doesn't go for spiciness, throttle back the Fiesta Party Dip Mix, although we like it spicy. It tasted like it could have come from the Thai restaurant down the street, but cost a whole lot less and was super quick and easy to make - and only one cooking dish to wash. This will be a new "go to" supper in our house. Thanks, TS.

This was so fantastic! My family just loved it. I did use a smaller amount of the Fiesta Party dip, we only used 1tsp, my family doesn't like a lot of heat. This WILL be a repeat many times over here.

Everyone in the family loved it including my one and five year old!!
