Does the recipe call for 4oz of cream cheese or 8oz cream cheese? The way it reads sounds like 8oz is 1/2 of a pkg. it should read 4 oz of cream cheese.

Instant Pot
I made this and served with Tastefully Simple’s recipe for Succulent Pulled Pork. Looking for a time shortcut, I put all but the Swiss and Cheddar cheeses in the Instant Pot - cooking for 10 minutes, manual, quick release. I then stirred in my shredded cheeses. We really liked the three cheese combo in this recipe! We need veg with our meals, so I added a side of sautéed red bell pepper with creamed spinach. Delicious!

This is the first baked macaroni and cheese that I have ever done. It was very simple and so so good. I made it exactly as the recipe said. The kids and hubby all loved it, so did I. I will make this again no question!

Variations
I used reduced fat Cream Cheese and 2% milk and sharp white cheddar cheese instead of regular cheddar. I found that it needed and extra 20 minutes in the oven and could have used more macaroni. I only used 10 oz like it called for but probably could have thrown in the entire 16 oz box.
It tasted great though! I would definitely make again.
