I made this and served with Tastefully Simple’s recipe for Succulent Pulled Pork. Looking for a time shortcut, I put all but the Swiss and Cheddar cheeses in the Instant Pot - cooking for 10 minutes, manual, quick release. I then stirred in my shredded cheeses. We really liked the three cheese combo in this recipe! We need veg with our meals, so I added a side of sautéed red bell pepper with creamed spinach. Delicious!
