    Crowd Pleaser!

    Seriously delicious! My husband had a roast thawed and we were having some friends over, so I threw everything into the crock pot and went about my day. After about 8 hours, it just fell apart. Everyone commented that it was delicious, and it certainly was! Side note...I used the Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which ALWAYS makes a huge difference in any recipe!

    I used the Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena in this recipe and wow what a moist and delicious roast. A great slow cooker way to a nice beef roast dinner.

    Delicious and Full of Flavor

    This recipe is a go to at our house - it's so easy to make into a freezer meal and put in the crock pot. I've used beef and venison and it always comes out so flavorful. We use the Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena when making this recipe.

    Made this recipe with a Pork Roast instead...

    We had a pork roast that needed to be used and used the recipe as stated with the pork substitute. It was delicious!! Meat was juicy, fell apart easily and with just a touch of a tangy flavor. Would have been great for tacos yet we put over basmati rice.

    Picture doesn't do it justice!

    From the Practically Paleo Freezer Meal Workshop. I used the alternate method of cooking in the oven because I was home and had time. This roast was tender and juicy. The gravy was great over homemade mashed potatoes. We got a thumbs up even from the grandchildren! I will certainly be making this one again and again!

    AMAZING!!

    This is THE BEST roast beef I have EVER tasted... It had great flavors and smells... it was tender and the meat pulled apart so well... I almost didn't get a plate, my husband had to stop me from eating it right out of the crockpot!
