Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 (8 ounce) package fresh sliced button mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen broccoli florets
Directions
- In 3-quart or larger slow cooker, combine all ingredients except broccoli. Cook on LOW 6 hours.
- Stir in broccoli. Continue cooking until broccoli is tender, about 30 minutes.
- If desired, stir in an additional ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon Glaze before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Serve over prepared rice, quinoa or noodles.
- Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine step 1 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze with broccoli. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
