    Loved it!

I made this as a freezer meal. The night before I knew I wanted to serve it, I took it out of the freezer. Threw it in the slow cooker the next day and added the broccoli in the last hour of cooking, along with an extra drizzle of Bayou Bourbon Glaze. We ate it by itself, not over rice or noodles. It was delicious!

    Lots of Flavor

This was part of a freezer meal workshop. It was good and had a lot of flavor. We made it in the oven; we would recommend cutting the baking time down because the beef was VERY overcooked. The veggies had a lot of flavor and we will definitely make it again!

    Nice flavorful meal

I made this recipe and served over white rice. My family loved it. Next time I will double the recipe so I have leftovers, since the family gobbled it all up.
