Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- ¼ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
Directions
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with Seasoned Salt.
- Add chicken to skillet. Cook, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 12-15 minutes.
- Drizzle Bayou Bourbon Glaze over chicken the last couple minutes of cooking.
- Makes 4 servings.
