I sauteed salmon filets in a teaspoon butter until almost cooked through, glazed generously with Bayou Bourbon Glaze, let it thicken a bit on reduced heat, raised heat a smidge and added a few tablespoons of bottled orange juice. OMG delicious and with a steamed vegetable pouch, I cooked a gourmet healthy meal with time to eat it on my 30 minute lunch break. TRY IT - you'll love it!
