Ingredients
- 1½ pounds 85% lean ground beef
- ½ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
- 18 (4-inch) street-style corn or flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 (10 ounce) package power blend superfood slaw mix or broccoli slaw mix
- ½ cup crumbled Mexican queso fresco
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef until no long pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain off liquid.
- Stir in Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
- Serve beef in warmed tortillas. Top with slaw mix, cheese and cilantro. Drizzle with additional Bayou Bourbon Glaze, if desired.
