Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds 85% lean ground beef
  • ½ cup Bayou Bourbon™ Glaze
  • 18 (4-inch) street-style corn or flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package power blend superfood slaw mix or broccoli slaw mix
  • ½ cup crumbled Mexican queso fresco
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble ground beef until no long pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain off liquid.
  2. Stir in Bayou Bourbon Glaze. Simmer 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve beef in warmed tortillas. Top with slaw mix, cheese and cilantro. Drizzle with additional Bayou Bourbon Glaze, if desired.
  • Makes 6 servings.

    My new favorite!

    I've always loved Bayou Bourbon so I was sure I'd like this recipe. However .. I loved it!!! I will make this often. It was delicious, packed with flavor and came together so quickly. My husband and I did different toppings to make it our own (and I highly recommend making a quick guacamole using Simply Salsa and Garlic Garlic!)

    Best "street" tacos EVER

    My whole family raved about these tacos. Absolutely delish! And such a quick weeknight dinner for those days you have a million things going on. Will be making on repeat this summer.
