Ingredients

  • 1 package Glazed Bakery Bites Mix
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 tablespoons Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread
  • 1 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine Glazed Bakery Bites Mix packet 1, butter and egg. Mix with a fork until combined. Reserve ½ cup crumbles; press remainder into greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Spread Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread over crust to within ½ inch from edges. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
  3. In small bowl, whisk together ½ Glazed Bakery Bites Mix packet 2 and water. Drizzle cooled bars with glaze.
