Ingredients
- 1 package Glazed Bakery Bites Mix
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 6 tablespoons Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread
- 1 tablespoon water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine Glazed Bakery Bites Mix packet 1, butter and egg. Mix with a fork until combined. Reserve ½ cup crumbles; press remainder into greased 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Spread Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread over crust to within ½ inch from edges. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake 15-17 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool completely.
- In small bowl, whisk together ½ Glazed Bakery Bites Mix packet 2 and water. Drizzle cooled bars with glaze.
- Makes 16 bars.
