Excellent! So good! I used unsweetened almond milk in place of regular milk, and it was fine to make that switch. Of course, this recipe is easy and delicious. Will definitely make again!

I make this ALL the time - I eat the whole loaf myself it's so delish!!! Moist, just the right amount of sweetness and delicious with or without butter, although I slather mine with it lolol

I was looking for a new way to use some of my packages of beer bread mix and this recipe came out so delicious! We used 2% milk and a few extra raisins, added cinnamon and sugar to the melted butter on top and voilà!

You don't need the luck of the Irish to bake this delicious bread. Prepared with the milk of your choice(I used buttermilk) - yum! We could hardly wait for the bread to cool before we demolished the loaf!
