    Best with actual beer!

I like to find a light ale or lager, like apple and honey beer - one bottle is all you need, and it just gives it a distinct flavor. Great smeared with butter, and even better if you cut thick slices and use as an open sandwich, it's a hearty bread so can handle a dagwood type; lots of layers; meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.

    Beer Bread, Yum

I love the flavor of this bread made so easily with just a can of beer (any kind suits me). Any soup and this beer bread makes a fine meal. Left-over bread makes great toast with eggs in the a.m.

    Moist and delicious

This is an easy to make sensation. It is great to take to potlucks, family gatherings, and enjoy at home. It is good fresh from the oven and several days later.

    Can't live without it!

This bountiful beer bread is really delcious. It is a slightly heavier bread mixied with only the beer of your choice. It has a nice texture to go along with soups, stews, and just about anything you can think of! A staple!

    What dip?

My mother use to make this all the time and we loved it. But she use to have an amazing dip with it. If I remember correctly, it was a garlic type dip. I'm guessing whoever she bought it from probably sold it with the dip. Does anyone know?
