I didn't have the white or wheat beer bread on hand, so I used Multi Grain (now STANDARD!). I also used a year old breuchetta spice mix (non TS :() and a cup of mozzarella cheese. Made 17 palm-sized biscuits. The whole family (toddler and non beer bread fan husband) loved them. Still moist after a week in a sealed container. Good for breakfast, snack, and with soup (dipped or not). We will continue to play with the recipe. THANK YOU!
