Breaded Buffalo Cauliflower

I made the decision to become a vegetarian and was looking for recipes to get me started. I tried this and realized that I would not miss my chicken wings. My son loves meat but he even thought it was good. Great start for a new vegetarian family

Instead of boring flour and water ..... Use 1 cup beer bread mix and 1 cup beer !!!! Yea buddy!!!

I needed something for a pitch-in (other parts of the country call this a pot-luck diner) so I thought what the heck, I would give this a try. Everyone raved about it! it was the first thing gone from the pitch-in and I looked like a pro! I love how Tastefully Simple makes even cauliflower delicious.
