Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • ½ cup prepared shredded Make & Freeze Chicken, thawed if frozen
  • ½ extra-small apple (such as Pink Lady®), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 reduced sodium uncured bacon slice, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Creamy Balsamic Herb Dressing

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
  • Makes 1 serving.
  • Make Ahead: Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large storage container. Place dressing in a small storage container. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Continue with step 2.
