Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup prepared shredded Make & Freeze Chicken, thawed if frozen
- ½ extra-small apple (such as Pink Lady®), chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1 reduced sodium uncured bacon slice, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Creamy Balsamic Herb Dressing
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
- Makes 1 serving.
- Make Ahead: Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large storage container. Place dressing in a small storage container. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Continue with step 2.
