Chicken Salad with Grapes

I make this all the time and add pasta to it. It is the best pasta salad ever. I've even used gluten free pasta and it tastes awesome. It's one of my most requested salads for parties and family get togethers.

I have made this chicken salad many times. It is a hit with my family and also a hit as a pot luck dish. I use frozen chicken pieces, or a rotisserie chicken. I also made it with left over Thanksgiving turkey.

This is a favorite way for me to use leftover rotisserie or baked chicken. The salad is great in pita bread or on a tortilla. I often add some chopped scallions, slivered almonds, and baby spinach or kale.

Definitely one of my favorites! The ingredients and flavor go together so well, it's a great refreshing dish. I typically serve it in pita pockets, great for lunches! Highly recommend.
