Ingredients
- 1 package Creamy Wild Rice Soup Mix
- 5 cups water
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen seasoning vegetables blend
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon Seasoned Pepper
Directions
- In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker, whisk together Creamy Wild Rice Soup Mix, water and seasoning vegetables. Add chicken; stir to combine.
- Cook on LOW 4 hours.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking on LOW 30-45 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Make Ahead & Freeze: Place cubed chicken in a quart freezer bag. Place gnocchi, spinach and Seasoned Pepper in a quart freezer bag. Place both bags in a gallon freezer bag with unopened Creamy Wild Rice Soup Mix package. Seal well, label and freeze with frozen seasoning vegetables blend. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
