Ingredients

  • 1 package Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¾ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), gently warmed
  • Ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries and/or sliced almonds for garnish

Directions

  • IMPORTANT: Our Pound Cake Formulas have changed. If your box has the maroon logo and NO egg in the preparation directions, follow the 2nd set of directions below.
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients; spoon into a well-greased or lined slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix. Slowly pour milk over the top.
  3. Dollop with spoonfuls of chocolate hazelnut spread. (Do not stir.) Cook on HIGH 2-2½ hours.
  4. Serve garnished with ice cream, whipped cream, strawberries and/or sliced almonds.
