I wanted to try something I thought my picky eater would like. I LOVE Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix and found this recipe. I asked & he thought waffles sounded pretty good. This recipe was perfect!! It was super easy to make & He loved them!

Breakfast was a hit!
I wanted cinnamon muffins for breakfast, but my family wanted waffles, so I found this recipe and gave it a try. Everyone loved it! I followed the recipe exactly and then mixed the remaining 1/2 packet of cinnamon sugar with 1 stick of softened butter and served the waffles with the flavored butter and maple syrup. I will definitely use this recipe again!

I served these waffles to my 6 and 11 years olds. They loved them! They're so simple I could even make them on a weekday. We added some of the cinnamon sugar into whipped topping to top them off. Fantastic! I think we found a new favorite.

Brings a whole new love to waffles!
I really loved how easy these where to make as the kids kept coming back for more! We are frequent cinnamon muffin makers so we were excited to try them this way. We got so many waffles out of the batch. I added a bit more of the cinnamon mixture and then after they were buttered added a pinch more - AHHHHH Mazing!

BEST.MEAL.EVER.MOMMA!!!!
Once in awhile my kids love "upside down night"....breakfast for dinner!! They couldn't wait to try these waffles when I told them what we were having!! My 6 year old said "best meal ever momma!!" My 5 year old said "I just LOVE them!!" We had only 3 waffles left over. They definitely were part of the CPC Club that night!! (Clean Plate Club)
