I made this as a freezer meal. I used 6 filet of sirloin steaks; split between 3 freezer bags with 2 steaks each and divided the marinade among them; since there are only 2 of us. I let them thaw in the fridge for 2 days before grilling. The steaks were so tender, and the flavor from the marinade was amazing. I served with a couscous salad and the Grilled Garlic Broccoli. Wish I would have taken a photo...was a great meal. Will be one of my go to steak dinners.
