Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, cut in half, seeds removed, sliced (about 2 cups)
- 1 (10.5 ounce) package assorted colored grape tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ (8 ounce) package feta cheese chunk, cubed
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup sliced kalamata olives
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 packet Cool 'n Creamy Cucumber Dip Mix
Directions
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat well.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes. Toss before serving.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Serve with Grilled Meatballs with Creamy Cucumber Sauce.
