This was the first time I’ve attempted to make homemade potato salad and it was so good!! The only thing I didn’t realize (newbie) that I should have made the potatoes in advance instead of trying to whip it together in a few hours. Oops! I managed to cool them down in the freezer and it all worked out. I will be making again!
