Creamy Bayou Bourbon Chicken

This quick easy to make recipe is a family favorite! I like to drizzle extra Bayou over the chicken and rice when I plate it. It is delicious, and can be made quickly, or in crock pot =)

I've always struggled to keep chicken breasts moist when baking. This was the easiest and tastiest recipe. Loved the combo of Bayou Bourbon with cream of mushroom soup. Makes an excellent sauce!

Staple recipe! Flavorful and perfect ANY night of the week for dinner. Kids LOVE this meal. We serve this over chicken rice w cooked carrots. This meal would be great for a new mom to prep ahead and just drop in the crockpot so no dinner stressing.

What we love so much, other than the fantastic flavor and ease, is that it's HUGELY versatile......I have made Bourban Pork, Bourban Venison....and they all equally as DELISH!!!!

Made this recipe as part of a freezer workshop. Baked it instead of in the slow cooker. Will definitely make it again! Lots of flavor in the sauce.

Simply shred the chicken in the crock and mix in a bag of boiled brown rice. It not only is yummy, it makes the 2lbs of chicken go farther. You can even add a steamed bag of CaliMix for more veggies
