Ingredients

  • 1¼ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch strips
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar garlic Alfredo sauce with Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole white potatoes, drained and quartered or 1 pound baby red potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Directions

  1. In a 3-quart or larger slow cooker, combined all ingredients. Pepper as desired.
  2. Cook on LOW 6-7 hours.
  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Serve with a green salad.
  • Make Ahead & Freeze: Place all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.

    Slow cooker love

    When you can literally just put everything in a slow cooker, stir, walk away for 5 hours and have a delicious home-cooked meal, it’s definitely a WIN! Even the kids liked it! Will make again.

    Don't even attempt!

    I was so excited to try this stew since it had yummy ingredients going into it. What a disappointment! The Alfredo sauce gave it a soured taste after being cooked all day in the crockpot. Worst recipe I've ever tried from TS.
