Made this tonight for dinner, needed something quick. Was planning on taking leftovers for lunch tomorrow, but it was so delicious, my entire family kept going back for more until it was completely gone. The consistency was perfect. We topped with a variety of sour cream, shredded cheese, fritos or jalapenos. Not spicy at all, for those that don't like any heat.
