This recipe brought unsolicited compliments when everyone tasted their first bite. All said "this is really good"! Followed the directions exactly using sour cream and did not pound out the chicken but did slice horizontally so the chicken breasts were thin. Really tasty and EASY! Very quick to put together and bake.

I put this in the slow cooker and let it go! I love good slow cooker recipes. This one has lots of flavor. The only thing I did differently was to add some chopped fresh basil to the top of the mixture.
