This was the best I've had and so easy. I lighted it up with breasts , greek cream cheese and angel hair pasta. We are 3 and my hubby had about 2.5 servings

I tweaked it
I made this tonight and my husband had seconds (so I assumed he liked it; I know I did). I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken because I like it better. I also used full sodium chicken broth because I like salt. I used chicken breasts and shredded them and put back into the sauce. I added cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I also used 16 ounces of spaghetti. Make this. You won't be sorry.

Easy & Delicious Recipe!
I prepared this as one of my freezer meals. I combined all ingredients except the pasta and cream cheese. Dumped it in the slow cooker & cooked on low for 4 hours. I removed the chicken and added some fresh spinach w/ the cream cheese before stirring in the cooked pasta. (I used Tricolor Penne pasta instead of spaghetti)...It was great! I'll definitely make it again!
