I made this tonight and my husband had seconds (so I assumed he liked it; I know I did). I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken because I like it better. I also used full sodium chicken broth because I like salt. I used chicken breasts and shredded them and put back into the sauce. I added cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I also used 16 ounces of spaghetti. Make this. You won't be sorry.
