Dill Pickle Potato Salad

We love the dill pickle potato salad - it's perfect for summer but tastes just as good in the middle of winter! It's full of flavor without having to add pickle even if you don't want!

I already loved the dill pickle dip mix, but I absolutely love what it did for potato salad. This is a fantastic recipe!

Lastly, if you can let this sit overnight, the flavor gets even better!
