Ingredients
- ¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup whiskey or beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Onion Onion™ Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
- 1½ pounds boneless beef sirloin steak or steak of choice
Directions
- In storage container or gallon freezer bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Add steak. Seal well; toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 16-20 minutes.
- Remove steak from grill. Cover with foil and let stand 5-10 minutes. Slice across the grain.
- Makes 6 servings.
