Easy London Broil

I had never had London Broil before but now, it is one of my favorites

Love to prepare this ahead of time for an easy and delicious dinner!

I got smart when I made this as a freezer meal and made it as one large meal but then individually packaged each piece along with some sauce. When it's just my husband and I, I can take out two bags. When we have friends over I can pull out 4-6 or however many I will need.

This is a wonderful meal and the best part...you can make it and freeze until ready to cook! Delicious!

Our family really liked this. I eyeballed instead of measuring, so that may be why it was too orange tasting for me. Next time I will use less OJ. We also added chili sauce to give it a kick.

I will never make London broil any other way ever again. The flavor was amazing and my husband said it was one of his favorite recipes yet!

My kids, especially my 17 yr old son, absolutely LOVED THIS! I grilled it approx 2 minutes per side and it was perfect!

My boys are big meat eaters, so I had a feeling they would love this....and they did. The sauce on top was killer. We will definitely be enjoying this on a regular basis.
