This is an easy and healthy breakfast that I discovered while doing the 14-day resist! I use either ground chicken or turkey depending on what I have on hand. I have used spinach or other power greens in place of the bay kale and all taste yummy!

Tasty - kick it up a notch
I used sausage instead of chicken for a little more flavor. The vegetables are flavorful but mild. Add chili flakes if you like it spicier. I'd make it again.
