Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup buttermilk
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning, divided
  • 3 cups cubed sourdough bread or bread of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 18 ounces chopped Romaine lettuce
  • 18 grape tomatoes, cut in half

Directions

  1. In small bowl, whisk together first 2 ingredients and 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Line an air fryer basket or rack with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray; set aside. In medium bowl, toss bread cubes with oil, Garlic Garlic Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  3. Transfer to foil-lined basket or rack in second position in air fryer. Set air fryer to 425°F (do not preheat). Air fry until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
  4. In large bowl, toss lettuce and tomatoes with dressing. Top with croutons and crispy bits from foil. Serve garnished with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  • Makes 6 servings.
