Ingredients
- ⅓ cup buttermilk
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Everything Bagel Seasoning, divided
- 3 cups cubed sourdough bread or bread of choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 18 ounces chopped Romaine lettuce
- 18 grape tomatoes, cut in half
Directions
- In small bowl, whisk together first 2 ingredients and 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning. Set aside.
- Line an air fryer basket or rack with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray; set aside. In medium bowl, toss bread cubes with oil, Garlic Garlic Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel Seasoning.
- Transfer to foil-lined basket or rack in second position in air fryer. Set air fryer to 425°F (do not preheat). Air fry until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- In large bowl, toss lettuce and tomatoes with dressing. Top with croutons and crispy bits from foil. Serve garnished with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Makes 6 servings.
