This salad dressing is a winner in our house! We use fresh tomatoes from the garden or big tomatoes from the farmers market. I did cut back on the oil and no one even noticed! The fresh flavor made my salad pop!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this alternative to store bought bottles of dressing. The best part is you can make it just the way you like it! It's not only a great dressing for breakfast, but lunch and dinner, too. It's wonderful on a wrap or sandwich as well.
