- 8 ounces ciliegine (cherry-sized balls) fresh mozzarella cheese, drained
- 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Spinach & Herb Seasoning
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; salt and pepper as desired..
- Let stand 30 minutes before serving to develop flavors, or refrigerate until ready to serve, up to overnight.
