Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) jar homestyle beef gravy
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can 50% less sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning
  • 1½ pounds cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fresh sliced button mushrooms
  • Prepared wide egg noodles or mashed potatoes

Directions

  1. In a 3-quart or larger slow cooker, combine gravy, soup, balsamic vinegar and Garlic Pepper Seasoning in a 3-quart or larger slow cooker. Add beef and mushrooms.
  2. Cook on LOW 5-6 hours. Serve over prepared egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Serve with steamed broccoli.
  • Make Ahead & Freeze: Combine all step 1 ingredients except mushrooms in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.

    Easy and delicious!

    I made this in the slow cooker and it is a hit with my entire family. It is easy to assemble with ingredients I already had on hand. Will definitely make again.

    Absolutely a great meal to put on in the crockpot before work come home prepare the noodles and you will have dinner very quickly!!! Loved it! Family did too!

    We have been trying new recipes and this one looked so simple. IT IS! And the flavor, oh my! Definitely going to make this again.

    Family approved favorite!

    My son and family were visiting and I made this recipe for them during their stay. It was a hit with everyone and the crock pot was complete empty at the end of the meal. It was rich and creamy with a great beef flavor. I will be making this again!

    These are the best!

    This has been a Dinner time changer for us! We are a on-the-go family with kids in sports and activities as soon as the school bell rings. Not only is this an extremely EASY dinner (we replace noodles with mashed potatoes), but all 4 picky eaters LOVE it and ASK for it. WEEKLY! I feel like I have earned the Mom award by serving them a great dinner time meal AND they all made it to their correct activities on time with full bellies!
