Mominthekitchen 5 Best baked potato recipe I've had in awhile! What a great new way to enjoy sweet potatoes! This was a delicious topping and the inside of the sweet potato was almost like a mashed potato so it was a super smooth consistency. I like the flavor combination and we will make these again!
