My husband and I love this salad! The meatballs are delish, and the dressing makes them even better-topped on the fresh salad it's a masterpiece. I love to make this salad when I'm trying to "behave" and starting to feel bored with the normal clean eating. This salad always reminds me that good food can be fun and delicious too!
