Got a high five from my 15yo on this one! She said she is glad we know how to use seasoning and cook chicken so it isn’t dry. Will definitely add this recipe to our regular rotation!

speedy spiedies
Being from the southern tier of NY we have a summertime favorite, spiedies! Having moved to kansas and native kansans never heard of such a thing, we tried and tried to find a substitute. The first time we tried this recipe, we instantly out loud said "spedies" The next time I made this recipe, I substituted TS Champagne Garlic Honey mustard for the Dijon. Even a bigger hit!
