This recipe is so easy to make, especially if you have the Magic Chicken in your freezer. The flavor is sooo good. It has the right amount of heat to it, not too hot but spicy enough.

Love this soup!
I boiled down a leftover rotisserie chicken and used the broth instead of water. Added the corn, black beans & tomatoes and it was wonderful.

Ahhhmazing soup
The additions to the chicken tortilla soup mix make it even more delicious! We love this dish and serve it with cornbread and salad.
