Husband and I love spicy food, and while the hot sauce on its own is hot, in this recipe I cut it in about half as I wasn't making 1.5 lbs chicken and also reduced the butter to keep it a bit healthier, and we both agreed it could have been much hotter. Mixing with the honey and grilling mellowed the heat. I'll definitely be making this again and will be experimenting with the perfect amount of hot sauce in the future!
